As we take our time to show these items on live/list them with pictures, with each item being hand-crafted, natural, and unique:

All sales are final.

No returns accepted.


Taxes: We are a registered business, therefore we have a fiduciary responsibility to  collect and submit taxes on each item sold in our store. We do not keep this money, as it belongs to state and federal government. Shopify platform also keeps track of all taxes and submits reports at the end of each tax year. 

Any tax charged is just that; taxes. It does not count towards your total purchase price as that tax is not our money. We thank you for allowing us to remain in compliance with all government agencies.

 

LIVE SALE POLICIES:

A CLAIM IS YOU IN AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. NONPAYMENT IS CONSIDERED AND CATEGORIZED AS ABANDONMENT/GHOSTING AN ORDER, WHICH IS CLASSIFIED THEREFORE AS NEGLIGENCE WETHER INTENTIONAL OR NON-INTENTIONAL.

THERE ARE NO SWAPS OR PUT BACKS DURING OR OUTSIDE OF LIVE.

Please claim responsibly as there are no swaps, put backs, or returns. We currently make live sale listings: Mondays and Tuesdays. Current processing time is: 5-7 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

Thank you for being on our live sale and choosing to shop with us! We value and appreciate you! Friendly reminder that all baskets must be paid within 48 hours from when we send you your website link to your live sale order or we simply close baskets which also means you will be removed from our page immediately and can no longer shop with us.

If you weren’t able to reach free shipping at $150 mark, you have two options:

  1. we can hold your box open for max two weeks. You still would need to pay for your listing/order (pay as you go and we don’t ship or pay for shipping until the end). Once you hit free shipping, we then put a $9 credit for shipping in your total breakdown.
  2. If you want to get your pieces ASAP, you can always add items from our website to get to free shipping!

For OPEN BOX: please leave message in text box labeled ‘order special instructions’ stating: PLEASE HOLD FOR FREE SHIPPING and then check out. If we do not see this in the notes, we will ship out after payment received.
